Responsibilities:-Sourcing, screening, and selecting appropriate candidates for open positions.
Managing the induction process for new employees.
Handling workplace grievances and maintaining team harmony.
Managing payroll data, attendance records, and labor law compliance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
