Job Title: Team Lead

Job Summary:

PeeJay Max Private Limited is seeking an experienced and proactive Team Lead to lead the customer relationship team, ensure exceptional customer service, and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead and supervise the Customer Relationship Officer team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct regular client visits to understand customer requirements and resolve concerns.
- Monitor customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Accounts departments for seamless customer support.
- Review team performance and provide guidance to achieve customer service objectives.
- Prepare customer feedback, service performance, and management reports.
- Identify opportunities for customer retention,



repeat business, and relationship development.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and customer service standards.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related discipline.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales Coordination, or Client Servicing.
- Prior experience in leading a team will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM applications.

Requirements
- Willingness to travel frequently for client visits.
- Strong customer handling, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
