Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, efficient team management, and smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities

Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the hotel.

Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.

Supervise front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and other departments.

Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff.

Monitor occupancy, room revenue, and operational performance.

Prepare budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.

Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.

Maintain inventory, vendor relationships,



and procurement processes.

Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

3-8 years of experience in hotel operations, including leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of hotel operations, customer service, and hospitality standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and MS Office.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills

Experience with hotel booking systems and revenue management.

Strong financial and budgeting knowledge.

Excellent team management and guest relationship skills.
