The Site Security Lead is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the company's physical and digital assets at a designated corporate site. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining security protocols, managing security personnel, and coordinating with other departments to address security needs and incidents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies.





Responsibilities

- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and management of security systems (e.g., surveillance cameras, access control systems, alarm systems).
- Lead and supervise the on-site security team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Schedule and manage security shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage.
- Provide ongoing training and development for security staff on best practices and emergency response procedures.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
