We are looking for an experienced Data Modeler with deep expertise in Workday data, HR data modelling, and People Analytics. The ideal candidate will design and maintain enterprise-grade data models that enable strategic workforce reporting, advanced analytics, and AI-driven insights. This role requires close collaboration with HR, People Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Governance, and Business Intelligence teams to build scalable and governed data solutions.

The successful candidate should have strong technical expertise in Workday HCM data structures, dimensional modelling, cloud data platforms, and contemporary analytics technologies.

As a Data Modeler within the Digital P&C; team, you will design and maintain the data architecture that powers our People analytics and HR insights at a global scale. You will translate complex business needs into robust, high-performance data models — enabling smarter, faster, and more impactful decisions that touch millions of lives.

About the Job

Main Responsibilities:
- Design enterprise data models for Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and People Analytics.
- Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models supporting workforce reporting and analytics.
- Build scalable dimensional models (Star Schema and Snowflake Schema) optimized for analytics.
- Define data relationships, hierarchies, business rules, and metadata standards.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand reporting and workforce planning requirements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and reusable data models.
- Work closely with Data Engineering teams to build trusted data products.
