Paid Media Specialist — Run AI-Powered Ad Systems

We run paid ad systems for clients — and most of the strategy (research, creative direction, copy, quality checks) is now handled by our own AI systems and senior team. What we need is a sharp, reliable operator to run those systems day to day: launch campaigns from approved plans, monitor performance, catch problems early, and keep everything moving.

This is an early-career role for someone hungry who wants to learn performance marketing inside a system that already works — not figure it all out alone. You'll work directly under a senior buyer who reviews your work and trains you.

What you'll actually do:
- Launch and manage campaigns from plans our systems and senior team hand you
- Monitor dashboards daily — spot when something's off before it becomes a problem
- Keep accounts, trackers, and reports clean and up to date
- Flag exceptions clearly to your senior lead, and learn how they're solved
- Follow processes exactly — and when the process runs out, stay calm and figure out the next sensible step instead of freezing





What matters more than a résumé:
- Reliable — you do what you say, when you said you'd do it
- Responsive — you reply rapid and don't go dark
- Detail-oriented — small mistakes on live ad accounts are expensive
- Coachable — you take feedback and apply it immediately
- Resourceful under pressure — when the playbook doesn't cover it, you don't freeze; you think, then ask the right question
- Hungry — you want to grow into a serious media buyer, and you'll put in the reps

Experience:
Any hands-on Meta ads experience counts — freelance, dropshipping, internships, your own projects. We care more about how you think and whether you're dependable than years on a title.
