Functional Report : IBDP Coordinator / Head of Department
Objective of the Position
To deliver high-quality teaching and learning in accordance with the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) philosophy and curriculum by developing students' conceptual understanding of Business Management through inquiry, critical thinking, research, case study analysis, and practical application. The teacher is expected to create an engaging learning environment that enables students to become internationally minded, ethical, analytical, and future-ready learners while achieving excellent academic outcomes.
Qualification Required
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- IB Category Training in Business Management will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
- Minimum 5-10 years of teaching experience in Business Management, Commerce, Economics, or related subjects.
- Prior experience teaching IBDP Business Management is highly preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Cambridge International (IGCSE/A Levels), IB MYP, or other international curricula are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers with exceptional subject knowledge, strong conceptual understanding, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
