We are establishing an ex-situ conservation site for 150+ endangered medicinal species and leveraging precision agriculture to produce standardized raw materials. Our goal is to solve the industry-wide problem of adulteration by manufacturing genetically certified, high-alkaloid extracts for the global wellness and nutraceutical markets.
Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented technical professional to bridge the gap between our state-of-the-art
Plant Tissue Culture Lab
and our
FSSAI-certified Manufacturing Unit
. This dual-responsibility role is ideal for candidates passionate about botanical innovation, sterile lab techniques, and strict quality compliance in food process technology.
and maintenance of high-alkaloid medicinal plant cultures under strict aseptic conditions.
- Monitor culture growth parameters, identify contamination issues, and maintain rigorous batch records.
- Assist in the acclimatization and hardening phases of micropropagated plants.
- FSSAI Manufacturing Unit Operations:
- Oversee and execute processing runs for raw materials, ensuring adherence to FSSAI guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain stringent quality control (QC) checkpoints, food safety standards, and hygiene protocols across the production line.
- Assist in documenting batch manufacturing records (BMR), inventory management, and food safety management systems (FSMS).
Educational Requirements & Experience
