We are seeking an experienced and organized Hospital Incharge to oversee the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility. The successful candidate will ensure efficient hospital administration, coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams, maintain quality standards, and support the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily hospital operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and administrative departments.
- Monitor patient service standards and address operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
- Manage staff schedules and support workforce planning.
- Oversee inventory of medical supplies and coordinate procurement as needed.
- Maintain operational records and prepare reports for management.
- Support patient admission, discharge, and service coordination processes.




- Assist in implementing quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
- Respond to operational emergencies and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare operations.
- Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital management software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per hour
