Role Description
The Event Intern role is an on-site internship based in Chandigarh, supporting the planning and execution of a variety of events. On a day-to-day basis, the intern assists with event coordination, including vendor communication, venue setup, guest registration, and logistical arrangements.



The role involves helping with event marketing activities such as social media promotion, outreach, and basic content support to increase event visibility. The intern will also interact with clients and attendees, provide responsive customer service during events, and support post-event follow-ups and documentation. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end event management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
- Robust Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and attendees.
- Foundational Event Planning and Event Marketing skills to support coordination, promotion, and on-ground execution.
- Basic Sales and outreach abilities to assist with lead generation, sponsor coordination, and partner engagement.
