Job Description

Rescon India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and digital channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present the company's products/services and negotiate business deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful business.
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM records regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum




1 year of experience
in Sales/Business Development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Compensation
- Annual CTC:
₹2.40 Lakhs per annum
- Attractive incentives based on performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess positive negotiation skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry
