Job Summary:-

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 3 5 years of experience in IT Services/MSP sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, client acquisition, account management, and stakeholder management with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Identify and generate current business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT services and digital solutions.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and commercial documents.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Coordinate with internal delivery, recruitment, marketing, and operations teams.




- Track sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
- Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions.
Required Skills:-
- 3 5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, and Client Acquisition.
- Strong expertise in Lead Generation, Account Management, and Client Relationship Management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client and stakeholder relationships.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to MSP, IT Services, IT Staffing, SaaS, or Digital Transformation industries.
