Role Description
The LIC Advisor role is a full-time, in office position based in Begusarai.



The advisor will engage with potential and existing policyholders to understand their financial and protection needs, explain LIC’s various plans, and recommend suitable life insurance, pension, and other products. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients, conducting needs assessments, preparing and presenting proposals, assisting with policy applications and documentation, and providing ongoing service and support throughout the policy lifecycle. The advisor will also participate in local marketing and outreach activities, build and maintain a strong client network, and coordinate with branch staff to ensure timely processing of policies and claims. The role requires consistent follow-up with clients, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to LIC’s guidelines, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
