Job Summary

YESTE Migration & Education Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Administrator to oversee the company's IT infrastructure, provide end-user support, maintain system security, and ensure uninterrupted technology operations across all departments.

The IT Administrator will be responsible for managing hardware, software, networks, cloud platforms, user accounts, cybersecurity, backups, and business applications including Zoho products. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to support a fast-paced service organization.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Management
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.
- Ensure optimal performance of all office hardware and software.
- Monitor system health and proactively resolve technical issues.




- Maintain asset inventory and IT documentation.
- Plan and recommend hardware upgrades and replacements.

Network Administration
- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and internet connectivity.
- Monitor network performance and security.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and bandwidth issues.
- Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for issue resolution.
- Ensure uninterrupted network availability.

User Support (Helpdesk)
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support to employees.
- Resolve hardware, software, printer, email, and connectivity issues.
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT perspective.
- Install and configure software applications.
- Maintain service logs and incident records.
- Ensure timely resolution of user-reported issues.

Zoho Administration
- Manage user accounts and permissions across Zoho applications.
- Support Zo
