Designation : Climate Change and Green Roads Specialist

Educational Qualification:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in climate science, or related field from recognized University or Institution is mandatory.

Minimum Qualification Experience:
- Should have a minimum of 07 years experience in Civil Engineering Works out of which 05 years in climate change and road transport studies, implementing or monitoring climate adaptation and mitigation measures with developmental programs highway or road projects is mandatory.
- Familiarity with ADB policies, screening tools, processes and frameworks related to climate change throughout project cycles, including methodologies consistent with India’s low-emissions, climate-resilient development pathways and with the overall climate change mitigation, adaptation, and resilience objectives of the Paris Agreement will be preferred.
- Experience in programs financed by multilateral development banks such as ADB or other donor agencies will be preferable.
