Hiring: Category Manager – Indirect Procurement & Logistics | Hyderabad

Location:
Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Experience – 14- 25 years

Travel:
Up to 50%

Skillset: Indirect Procurement, Indirect Sourcing

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic sourcing and category management for Indirect Procurement & Logistics.
- Manage RFQs/RFPs, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and vendor performance.
- Drive cost optimization, spend analysis, supplier consolidation, and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Plant teams.
- Handle categories such as Logistics, MRO, IT & Telecom, Facility Services, Packaging, Utilities, Professional Services, Staffing, and Equipment Procurement.

Required Skills:




- 14+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement/Category Management.
- Solid expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
- Experience in manufacturing/industrial organizations preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred), Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Logistics procurement experience is an added advantage.
