Compliance Lead
with
3–8 years of experience
to own our end-to-end compliance function and strengthen our financial governance.

What You'll Own

✅ GST Compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C, ITC Reconciliation)

✅ TDS Filings & Direct Tax Compliance

✅ Monthly & Annual Book Finalization

✅ Statutory Audits & Tax Audits

✅ ROC, PF, ESI & Compliance Calendar Management

✅ GST Notices, Show Cause Notices & Risk Management

✅ Banking Documentation, Working Capital & Debt Support

✅ Payroll Audits & Financial Governance

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

✔️ 3–8 years of hands-on experience in taxation and statutory compliance

✔️ Independently handled GST filings, audits,



and notices

✔️ Strong understanding of Tally and accounting review

✔️ Experience coordinating with CAs, auditors, and regulatory authorities

✔️ Exceptional attention to detail and ownership mindset

Bonus Points If You Have

⭐ Experience with manufacturing, trading, e-commerce, or import businesses

⭐ ROC & Secretarial Compliance exposure

⭐ Working capital/OD-CC documentation and CMA preparation

⭐ Government schemes, MSME incentives, or customs compliance experience
