Role Overview

We are looking for a curious and analytical
Data Analyst
who enjoys solving real-world problems using data. You will work closely with our Political Intelligence, Survey, and War Room teams to transform raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from surveys, voter databases, campaign activities, and field reports.
- Analyze constituency, booth-level, and survey data to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Build dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
- Create automated reports and analytical models using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and Python.
- Perform statistical analysis to measure campaign performance and public opinion trends.
- Identify data inconsistencies and maintain high-quality datasets.
- Support the Political Intelligence and War Room teams with daily reports and performance dashboards.
- Visualize complex data using charts, graphs, and dashboards for leadership presentations.
