Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution validation activities across multiple customer deployments.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and test suites.
- Drive API, UI, database, and integration testing efforts. - Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Solution Architects, and Customer Success teams.
- Analyze customer workflows and convert business requirements into comprehensive test scenarios.
- Participate in HAT, UAT, Go-Live, and production support activities.
- Perform root cause analysis for production and deployment issues.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and review automation code for quality and maintainability.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation strategy, and testing best practices.
- Support customer escalations and onsite validation activities when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in QA automation, SDET, or solution verification.
- Experience working with enterprise SaaS, robotics, warehouse management, supply chain, or industrial automation products is preferred.
