Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced EdTech Sales Executive who has a proven track record in counselling prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and converting leads into enrollments.



The ideal candidate should have experience in selling online training programs, certification courses, or higher education programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact and counsel prospective students generated through marketing campaigns.
- Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable training programs.
- Explain course curriculum, trainer profile, certifications, pricing, and career benefits.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings.
- Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments.
- Maintain daily lead updates in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
- Build long-term relationships with students through professional counselling.
- Coordinate with the training and operations teams after successful enrollments.
