Role Description
The Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for advising clients on domestic and international travel options. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client requirements,



designing customized travel itineraries, managing hotel and transportation bookings, and handling reservations for flights, trains, and ground services. The role involves providing prompt customer support, addressing travel-related queries, resolving issues before and during travel, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery. The Travel Consultant will also maintain accurate records, follow company policies and pricing guidelines, and contribute to meeting customer satisfaction and service efficiency targets.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design and coordinate end-to-end itineraries.
