About The Role
ATMS & CO LLP is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Accounts & Finance Executive
to join our Delhi office. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting and finance and be willing to travel within Delhi for client visits as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and book entries.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work.
- Prepare financial reports, MIS, and supporting schedules.
- Coordinate with clients for accounting and finance-related requirements.
- Visit client locations across Delhi for documentation, coordination, and accounting support.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally and MS Excel.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel within Delhi for client visits.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
