We are looking for a motivated individual with strong communication and convincing skills to engage with customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and provide information about products/services.

Persuade potential customers to take desired actions.

Maintain accurate records of interactions in Excel.

Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.

Requirements
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Fluency in Hindi (spoken and written).

Solid persuasion and communication skills.

Prior experience in customer service or telesales is a plus.
