Export Air Operations Executive (Freight Forwarding )

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Export Air Freight Operations.
- Coordinate with airlines, customers, overseas agents, transporters, and CHA.
- Arrange airline bookings and ensure timely cargo movement.
- Prepare and verify export documents including MAWB, HAWB, Shipping Bill, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, SLI, etc.
- Follow up on customs clearance and shipment execution.
- Track shipments and provide regular status updates to customers and overseas agents.
- Ensure timely dispatch of pre-alerts and shipping documents.
- Maintain operational records and update shipment details in the ERP system.
- Resolve shipment-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and timely communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Export Air Operations within a Freight Forwarding company.




- Valuable knowledge of Export Air documentation and operational procedures.
- Experience in airline booking and shipment coordination.
- Understanding of customs export processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience working with freight forwarding software/ERP.
- Strong follow-up skills and customer handling experience.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
