Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance,
financial reporting, and payment processing. The ideal candidate should possess robust accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally ERP, and the ability to work efficiently while ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform monthly book closing activities and prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Prepare and file GST and TDS returns in compliance with statutory regulations.
- Process statutory payments and online tax remittances within the prescribed timelines.
- Generate and manage monthly client invoices.
- Process vendor and other online payments through net banking platforms.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other financial records.
