Medleiz is a fast-growing technology-driven company transforming home renovation, repair, and facility management services. We are looking for a proactive Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee residential projects, ensure quality execution, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Tambaram, Chennai (In office)

Employment Type:
Full-time

Salary:
₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Travel Reimbursement + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and assess customer requirements.

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material requirements.

• Coordinate with vendors and service partners.

• Supervise on-site execution and ensure quality standards.

• Resolve site issues and maintain project timelines.

• Verify completed work and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Submit inspection reports, photographs, and project updates.

Requirements

• Diploma or B.E.



in Civil Engineering.

• 3–6 years of Site Engineering experience.

• Experience in residential construction, renovation, maintenance, or interior projects is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and site supervision.

• Good communication skills in Tamil and English.

• Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

• Willing to travel across Chennai for site visits.
