? We're Hiring | Vice President – Operations

? Location: Hyderabad.

Exxeella Education Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Vice President – Operations to lead and oversee our entire Hyderabad operations. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can drive strategic growth while ensuring smooth day-to-day execution across all business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee end-to-end operations of the Hyderabad branch across admissions, student recruitment, immigration, and travel services

✅ Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and quality standards across all departments

✅ Lead, mentor, and manage department heads and cross-functional teams

✅ Own P&L; responsibility for the Hyderabad location and drive revenue and growth targets

✅ Build and strengthen partnerships with universities, institutions, and channel partners

✅ Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, and company policy requirements

✅ Collaborate with HR on recruitment, training, and workforce planning for the location

✅ Monitor KPIs, prepare MIS reports,



and present performance updates to senior leadership/management

✅ Manage budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation

✅ Represent Exxeella at key stakeholder meetings, events, and partner engagements

Requirements:

? Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)

? 10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role

? Experience in the education, overseas education/immigration, or consultancy sector strongly preferred

? Solid leadership, people management, and decision-making skills

? Proven track record of managing multi-department operations and driving business growth
