Job Description - Lawyer (BPO and Services)

We are looking for a Lawyer with 5 to 8 years of experience in the BPO or service industry. The role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing agreements, and supporting commercial and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and standardize clear and concise legal documents
- Track changes, summarize, and consolidate Word documents
- Organize and manage legal documentation and agreements efficiently
- Support commercial constructs related to BPO pricing
- Ensure alignment with IT, data, and compliance standards
- Work closely with North American stakeholders and operate in EST hours
- Use DocuSign and similar documentation tools effectively

Key Requirements
- Robust written communication and documentation skills
- Good analytical ability and attention to detail
- Experience working with North American customers
- Familiarity with DocuSign or related platforms
