About the Role
SeaGamex is hiring a Tele Sales Associate to join its growing team in Kolkata. We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven professionals with experience in telesales, customer engagement, and lead conversion. Candidates with prior experience in the Online Gaming industry in India will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Promote the company's gaming products and services.
- Convert leads into active customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers to maximize engagement and retention.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
- Good problem-solving and time management skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Customer Relationship, or Sales.
- Candidates from the Online Gaming industry in India will be preferred.
- Willingness to work from the Kolkata office.

Experience in any of the following domains will be an added advantage:

- Rummy

- Online Casino
- Customer Retention
Knowledge of CRM tools and performance dashboards will be preferred.
