- Strong proficiency in C#,
- NET Core, and RESTful API development
- Experience with asynchronous programming, concurrency control, and event-driven architecture (Pub/Sub, Kafka, etc)
- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with unit testing frameworks and a TDD approach to development
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) for containerized applications
- Solid knowledge of performance tuning, security best practices, and observability (monitoring/logging/alerting)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm, or similar)

- Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and exposure to NoSQL solutions
