The short version

A hands-on internship for someone who wants to learn how a creative studio actually runs - how briefs become work, how clients are kept happy, and how campaigns come together. You'll work alongside our account and creative teams, support real projects for real brands, and leave knowing whether agency life is for you.

Solid interns convert to a full-time junior role.

About Neofox

Neofox Media is a ~20-person creative production studio in Delhi. We make brand films, social content, campaigns and live-event work for clients like Hyundai, PwC, Shangri-La and Sunburn, and we run our own brands in D2C pet care (Treat for Tails). We're small, senior and fast - work goes from idea to delivery without layers of bureaucracy.

What you'll do
- Support the account and project teams day to day - notes, trackers, follow-ups, organizing assets.
- Help prep decks, mood boards and reference boards.
- Run trend, brand and competitor research, and basic social listening.




- Help coordinate shoots and reviews; chase the small approvals.
- Pitch in wherever a busy studio needs an extra pair of hands.
- Bring ideas - we want to hear them.

Who you are
- A current student or recent grad interested in brands, content, advertising or production.
- Organized, reliable and quick to follow up.
- A clear communicator who writes well.
- Curious, proactive, and not above the small stuff.

Bonus points
- Coursework or side projects in marketing, media, design or communications.
- Active on social, with a sense of what's good.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace; bonus for Notion / Trello / Canva.
