Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Phonics Speaking and Personality Development Trainer and Teacher. The role involves planning and conducting online classes focused on phonics, spoken communication, and personality development for learners of various age groups. The trainer will design structured lesson plans, interactive activities, and practice exercises to improve pronunciation, vocabulary, confidence,



and overall communication skills. Daily responsibilities include assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, maintaining class records, and adapting teaching strategies to individual needs. The role also includes creating engaging learning materials, collaborating with the academic team to refine curricula, and occasionally contributing written content or updates for internal or social media communication.
