We are looking for an experienced and highly driven
Product Owner
to lead the strategy, planning, development, and adoption of enterprise digital and AI-powered products. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, business stakeholders, engineering, UX, sales, and leadership teams to identify market opportunities, translate business challenges into scalable product capabilities, and ensure successful delivery of secure, high-quality products.

The successful candidate should be equally comfortable defining product strategy and vision while driving execution through Agile delivery teams.

Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, value proposition, and roadmap.
- Identify customer pain points, market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive differentiators.
- Translate business objectives into measurable product initiatives.
- Prioritize product investments based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic goals.
- Build business cases for current features, products,



and market expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership on product packaging, pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market strategies.

Customer & Market Discovery
- Engage with customers, sales teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and business challenges.
- Conduct discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, product demonstrations, and feedback sessions.
- Convert customer-specific requirements into scalable product capabilities.
- Analyze competitor products and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Validate ideas through prototypes, pilots, proof-of-concepts, and customer feedback.

Product Ownership & Agile Delivery
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and roadmap.
- Create and maintain epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional specifications.
