Role Description
The Manager role at CRINSUN Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in client location. The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations for assigned projects or service lines, including planning, resource allocation,



and delivery oversight across software development, testing, consulting, or managed services engagements. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring team members, coordinating with clients to understand requirements, tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring projects meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations. The Manager will collaborate closely with technical leads and senior management to align project outcomes with business goals, contribute to process improvements, and support strategic initiatives. This role also involves preparing status reports, facilitating cross-functional communication, and fostering a positive, high-performance work workplace.
