Role Description
The Account Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for managing client accounts, handling day-to-day communication, and ensuring project requirements are clearly captured and delivered. The role involves coordinating with internal design, project, and execution teams, preparing proposals and quotations, and tracking project progress against client expectations. The Account Executive will follow up on payments, maintain accurate account records,



and support business development efforts through client relationship management and reporting. The role requires regular on-site client visits and timely resolution of client queries to support smooth project execution.

Qualifications
- Ability to manage client relationships, handle negotiations, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to work effectively with internal teams and ensure timely project delivery.
- Proficiency in basic office software (such as MS Office) and comfort with preparing proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Attention to detail and capability to maintain accurate records of accounts, projects, and client interactions.
