GOMAKTO Travel Agency LLC is looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, booking, and managing domestic and international travel arrangements while delivering exceptional customer service.
The role includes assisting clients with flight and hotel bookings, holiday packages, travel insurance, visa guidance, transfers, and other travel services. The candidate will also prepare travel quotations, create customized itineraries, coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and other travel partners, and handle travel requests from inquiry to completion
.
The successful candidate should have robust knowledge of global travel destinations, airline reservations, holiday planning, and travel operations. Excellent communication, sales, customer service, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) and Microsoft Office will be an added advantage.
