Role Description
The Reporter role at Next Filer is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role involves researching and reporting on business formation, compliance, and regulatory topics relevant to entrepreneurs and companies. The Reporter will gather information from multiple sources, conduct interviews, verify facts, and produce explicit news stories, articles, and features for digital and print channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing and editing content, collaborating with multimedia and marketing teams to develop engaging formats, and ensuring all reporting aligns with company standards for accuracy and neutrality. The Reporter will also monitor industry trends, legal updates, and policy changes to keep Next Filer’s audience informed with timely and reliable information.

Qualifications
- Strong reporting skills with the ability to research, investigate, and verify information from diverse sources.




- Excellent communication and writing skills, including clear news writing tailored to business and compliance topics.
- Experience or familiarity with multimedia formats (e.g., video, audio, digital platforms) to support content delivery.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet strict deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Understanding of business, legal, or regulatory environments is an advantage; prior reporting or editorial experience is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, ethical reporting practices, and a commitment to neutral, inclusive, and non-discriminatory coverage.
