Role Description:

The Admission Counsellor at SGI is responsible for engaging with verified leads through outbound and inbound calls, counselling prospective students and parents, and converting enquiries into confirmed admissions across SGI’s academic programs. The role focuses on understanding student aspirations, providing accurate course information, and guiding applicants through the end-to-end admission process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with verified leads via calls, messages, and emails.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and campus facilities.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions by effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and admission status in the CRM.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and enrollment.
- Meet assigned admission targets and contribute to overall enrollment growth.

- Basic understanding of higher education courses and admission processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
