Job Description
Required Skills
Technical
1. Expertise in Architecture Patterns — MVVM, Clean Architecture/VIPER — and ability to define standards across both platforms.
2. Solid knowledge of iOS SDKs, Cocoa Touch, Android SDKs, Jetpack libraries, and platform-specific testing frameworks (XCTest, JUnit, Espresso, Mockito).

Understanding of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and Google's Material Design principles.
4. Experience with offline storage, threading, performance tuning, and app security (encryption, secure storage, certificate pinning, OAuth/OIDC).
5. Good understanding of DevOps processes — CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance for mobile releases.
Leadership & Process
1. Experience in agile delivery — release planning, sprint execution, burn-down tracking, risk management, and dependency resolution.
2. Experience leading/mentoring a team of 5–6 engineers with accountability for delivery outcomes.
3. Ability to define product roadmap contribution, communicate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive delivery predictability.
4. Robust communicator who can collaborate, build relationships, and influence engineering practices across teams.
