About the job
- Lead Generation & Qualification - Identify and connect with business leads actively evaluating payment solutions.
- Merchant Engagement - Understand merchant requirements, qualify opportunities, and guide them through their evaluation process.




- Partner Coordination - Assign leads to payment gateway partners, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure timely updates.
- Relationship Management - Build and maintain solid relationships with merchant stakeholders.
- CRM & Documentation - Track lead progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure operational reporting.
- Onboarding Support - Assist merchants with onboarding queries by coordinating with partner teams.
- Cross-Functional Support - Contribute to business development and partnership initiatives as needed.
