Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Telecaller / Insurance Sales Executive. The role involves making outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients to explain insurance and investment products, understand their needs, and suggest suitable options. The Telecaller / Insurance Sales Executive will follow up on leads,



maintain accurate records of interactions, and support clients through documentation and basic claims-related queries. The role includes meeting sales targets, coordinating with internal teams for policy issuance and customer support, and adhering to compliance and quality standards in every interaction.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain financial products clearly and professionally.
