RUNGTA HOSPITAL & RESEARCH CENTER is looking for Staff Nurse - CTVS ICU ,Emergency to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to cardiac surgery and trauma patients (pre-operative & post-operative).
- Assist surgeons and anesthetists during CTVS procedures and emergency interventions.
- Monitor vitals, ventilator parameters, infusion pumps, and hemodynamic indicators.
- Maintain strict infection control practices in ICU and Emergency settings.
- Administer high-alert medications (inotropes/vasopressors) as per protocols and ensure safe drug administration.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care and rapid stabilization.
- Support families by providing updates, education,



and counselling regarding patient condition and post-surgery care.
- Document nursing care in HIS/EMR accurately (Medication charts, Triage notes).
- Ensure readiness of equipment (Defibrillator, Ventilator) and emergency supplies in ICU/ER.

Skills & Competencies
- Solid knowledge of Cardiac and Trauma care protocols (ACLS/BLS).
- Ability to work in high-dependency and fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication & teamwork under pressure.
- Empathy and patient-centric approach.
- Critical care knowledge (ICU monitoring, airway management, emergency response).
