Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for the organization.
- Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow management, and general ledger maintenance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication of financial information.
- Identify areas of improvement in finance processes and implement changes to increase efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in FP&A;
- CA qualification from any specialization (mandatory).
- Robust understanding of finance and accounting principles, including financial reporting standards (IFRS) .
- Excellent team handling skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
