Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic candidate with excellent interpersonal skills and positive energy to join our team as a Customer Relationship & Sales Executive. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication abilities, enjoy interacting with people, and have a passion for building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard current customers across target industries such as restaurants, cafes, bakeries, hotels, cloud kitchens, and food service businesses.
- Generate leads through phone calls, market research, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Handle daily customer enquiries and follow up on leads.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and coordinate order processing.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and company growth objectives.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain customer databases, sales records, and reports.
- Support management in developing and eventually building a dedicated sales team.

Candidate Requirements

✔ Candidates aged 22 to 28 years
✔ Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
✔ Prior experience in sales, customer relationship management, telemarketing, or business development will be an added advantage.
✔ Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam. Knowledge of Hindi will be beneficial.
✔ Positive attitude, pleasant personality, and strong team spirit.
