About Us

Utkarsh Global Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating meaningful social impact through various community development initiatives. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Fundraising Manager to strengthen our fundraising efforts and support the growth of our programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to achieve organizational fundraising goals.
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, CSR stakeholders, and philanthropic organizations.
- Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, donor engagement activities, and events.
- Manage donor databases and maintain regular communication with existing and prospective donors.
- Prepare fundraising proposals, presentations, reports, and grant applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling fundraising materials and impact stories.




- Monitor fundraising performance and provide regular updates to management.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the fundraising team, ensuring productivity, target achievement, and team development.
- Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and organizational policies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, business development, CSR partnerships, or NGO fundraising.
- Mandatory team handling experience of at least 2 years.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve fundraising targets.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve fundraising goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and donor management tools/CRM systems.
