- Preparation of Monthly Sales Reports (Location-wise & Salesperson-wise)
- ERP Data Entry and Maintenance
- Financial Transaction Management
- General Accounting & Finance Support
Desired Candidate Profile:
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification
- 25 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliations
- Hands-on experience in ERP systems and MS Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
Industry Preference:
- Manufacturing industry experience will be an added advantage.

Job Description:
- Process Sales Invoices accurately and within timelines.
- Prepare and process Delivery Orders (DO).
- Verify Sales Orders and maintain commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Logistics, and Accounts teams.
- Ensure invoice accuracy and proper record maintenance.
- Update and maintain ERP entries related to sales and dispatch transactions.
- Handle customer order processing and related support activities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in Commerce or equivalent qualification
- 25 years of experience in Sales Invoice Processing, Billing, or Commercial Operations
- Experience in a manufacturing company preferred
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel
- Solid attention to detail and coordination skills
