Job Description:

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will drive and optimize performance-based marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. You will plan, implement, and manage campaigns to maximize ROI, lead generation, and brand visibility. Working within a dynamic team, you will help grow the client’s business through effective data-driven strategies and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Management:
Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Optimization:
Continuously optimize campaigns by monitoring key metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates. Adjust tactics for improved performance.

Paid Media:
Oversee paid search, social, display, and programmatic campaigns to drive growth and engagement.

A/B Testing:
Design,



execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance.

Budget Management: Plan, allocate, and manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns to maximize returns.

Analytics & Reporting
: Track and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights using Google Analytics, Ad Manager, or other relevant tools.

Collaboration:
Work closely with creative teams, content developers, and other departments to ensure cohesive strategies across all marketing efforts.

Client Management
: Maintain and enhance client relationships by providing regular updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.

Required Skills:

Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of successful digital campaigns.
