We are looking for a Senior Go (Golang) Developer to join our engineering team and help design, build, and scale high-throughput backend services and real-time systems running on cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience building distributed, concurrent systems in Go, deep familiarity with containerization and orchestration, and a track record of owning services end-to-end from architecture and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning in production.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, concurrent backend services and APIs using Go, including real-time systems (e.g., WebSockets, messaging/notification pipelines)
- Build and manage containerized applications using Docker
- Deploy, monitor, and scale services on Kubernetes clusters, including managing bounded concurrency and worker pools
- Architect and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, Lambda, SQS, SNS, SES, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.)




- Design and build distributed systems using patterns such as master-worker architectures, rate limiting, and event-driven processing
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices, including performance and memory profiling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Product, QA) to deliver high-quality features
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design decisions
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring high availability and performance at scale
- Contribute to improving system reliability, observability, and security
- Mentor and support junior engineers, contributing to hiring and onboarding as needed
