1. As an L3 Identity Engineer, you will:
- Design, administer, and support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions with a focus on Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Provide Level 3 technical support for complex identity-related incidents,



escalations, and infrastructure issues.
- Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and resolve critical issues affecting enterprise identity platforms.
- Design and implement secure identity solutions across hybrid Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
- Support identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and directory services across enterprise environments.
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell, Azure DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
- Monitor and improve the organization s identity security posture using tools such as Microsoft Identity Secure Score, Microsoft Assessments, Semperis, PingCastle, and BloodHound.
- Implement and maintain Microsoft s Enterprise Access Model (EAM) and Tiering Model to strengthen identity security.
