to join our growing Customer Support team.

complex healthcare software

This is a
customer-facing Technical Support
role supporting live healthcare organisations using a complex software platform.

You'll investigate customer issues, manage tickets, communicate directly with customers, work with Engineering and Product teams, and retain ownership until every issue is resolved.
